These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the CollectOnline website and software platform (“Platform”) provided by:

By accessing the Platform or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue the use of the Platform immediately.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Account means a registered user account providing access to the Platform.
Customer means any natural person or legal entity using the Services.
Platform means the CollectOnline website, software, applications, APIs and related services.
Services means all software solutions, applications, business management tools, integrations and online services provided by CollectOnline.
User means any individual authorized by a Customer to access the Platform.
Content means all information, files, documents, images, databases and other material uploaded or processed through the Platform.
2. Scope of Services
CollectOnline provides cloud-based business software designed for individuals, professionals and businesses.
The Services may include:
- online business management software;
- customer administration;
- document management;
- workflow automation;
- communication tools;
- reporting;
- API integrations;
- third-party integrations;
- cloud storage;
- additional software modules released from time to time.
CollectOnline reserves the right to modify, improve, replace or discontinue any Service at its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
- all information provided during registration is accurate and complete;
- you comply with applicable laws.
If you register on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. Account Registration
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree to:
- keep your password secure;
- immediately notify CollectOnline of unauthorized access;
- ensure that all Users comply with these Terms.
You remain responsible for all activities performed through your Account.
CollectOnline may suspend or terminate Accounts suspected of unauthorized use or security risks.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- violate applicable laws;
- upload unlawful or fraudulent content;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- interfere with Platform security;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems;
- perform reverse engineering of the Platform;
- scrape, copy or reproduce the Platform without permission;
- use automated tools that negatively affect system performance.
CollectOnline may immediately suspend access for violations of this section.
6. Customer Data
The Customer retains ownership of all data uploaded to the Platform.
CollectOnline does not acquire ownership rights over Customer Content.
The Customer grants CollectOnline only the limited rights necessary to:
- host the data;
- process the data;
- secure the data;
- provide the requested Services;
- perform backups;
- comply with legal obligations.
Customers remain solely responsible for:
- the legality of uploaded data;
- obtaining necessary permissions;
- compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws where acting as a data controller.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, source code, databases, graphics, design, trademarks, logos, documentation and all related intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of CollectOnline or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to the Customer.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Platform solely for its intended business purposes.
Customers may not:
- copy the software;
- sublicense the software;
- sell access to the Platform;
- modify or create derivative works;
- reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law expressly permits.
8. Availability
CollectOnline will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability.
However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- scheduled maintenance;
- emergency maintenance;
- infrastructure failures;
- force majeure events;
- internet outages;
- third-party service interruptions.
CollectOnline shall not be liable for temporary interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
