Your role As Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the German market, you are the driving force behind our commercial growth in Germany. You will work closely with an experienced Account Executive in Germany as well as with the broader sales team from Belgium, made up of Business Developers and Account Executives. Your focus is on proactively identifying and warming up new business opportunities so that the Account Executive can close them. CollectOnline operates with a distributed team — for example, one of our current SDRs works from Poland. Location is flexible, as long as you are easily reachable for the German market and the team. What you'll do • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone) • Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into concrete demo appointments • Collaborating with the Account Executive in Germany to feed the sales funnel • Analysing the German market and identifying opportunities at companies, debt collection agencies and financial service providers • Tracking activities and results in the CRM system • Participating in sales meetings and working closely with the Belgian and German team.
